Your account
An OTS Account is your single identity across Open Terrain Studios games. You're responsible for the email address on it and for activity under it. Keep access to that inbox secure — it's how you sign in. One account per person; don't share, sell, or transfer it.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break authentication, access other players' accounts, scrape or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do, to protect other players and the service.
Subscriptions & payments
Game subscriptions are billed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle, under the plan you choose. You can cancel anytime; access continues through a short grace period and then reverts to free features — your saved progress is preserved per the game's design, not deleted for lapsing. Pricing and any refund terms are shown at checkout.
Service changes
We're actively building. Features may change, and we may update these terms; for material changes we'll give notice here. The service is provided "as is" while in development, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
